  • Groups will only take place where a minimum of four people have subscribed
  • Groups will be restricted to a maximum of twelve people

  • Tuesdays 8pm – CIRCUITS

  • Fridays 6pm – CIRCUITS
  • Saturdays 9.15am – BOOTCAMP

  • Registrations 2 December – 11 January
  • Assessments 7 – 9 January
  • Challenge starts 13-18 January

You can pay in person by cash or card, however if you pay the full fee online securely below using your credit/debit card, the full fee is REDUCED TO ONLY £45.00 (saving £35.00!!!!) Payments are processed securely through PayPal, no account required.

You may also only pay a deposit (£30.00) however you must then call in by 11 January to pay the remaining balance (£15.00)

To obtain the one-month free GYMPLUS membership

  • You must select a minimum of three HIIT class days
  • You must attend a minimum two HIIT class days each week
  • You must agree to be weighed/measured by a member of staff at the induction and final week
  • Registration period will include paperwork and full payment required
  • Inductions will be body assessment/measurements and free short taster classes
