These Terms refer to all interactions with Quadrant Leisure CiC and Tyneside Kickers (herein referred to as We)
Quadrant Leisure is a registered community interest company with social responsibility, this means all profits are put back in to our events and activities to benefit our customers and the public in general.

2. EVENTS & ACTIVITIES
2.1 All participants agree to pay fees in full and in advance of start date
2.2 Fees are only accepted online and paid for by credit or debit card
2.3 All participants must conduct themselves in a manner which does not cause disruption or have a negative impact upon other users
2.4 All participants and staff have the right to access our services without feeling distressed or threatened by the words, actions or general behavior of others
2.5 We reserve the right to remove or deny access to our services or suspend any person who is deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions
2.7 Refunds, individual event policies regarding refunds are:
- a, YOU have the right to cancel and must do so in writing (post or email only) within 7 days of purchase.
- b, A refund shall only be offered after this period where there are a minimum of 7 full days prior to the event start date
- c, No event refunds are offered where section b is not adhered to
- d, WE may offer a refund or credit note should WE cancel an event, you will be notified at least 48hours prior to the event start date
3. TYNESIDE KICKERS
3.1 All registrations and payments must be made in advance of the applicable term start date
3.2 Children must be dropped off, signed in and collected on time by a parent or guardian
3.3 No child may be dropped off and left without prior permission from staff
3.4 Any child found to be disruptive or who is deemed to cause concern or distress to others may be asked to leave the session
3.5 All existing members will be invited to re-book via email around 14 days prior to the last class of the current term
3.6 The deadline for full payment is 14 days prior to a term start date, our website news pages and social media platforms may provide a specific deadline to account for school holidays.
3.7 Where a renewal deadline has expired we reserve the right to open unpaid places to our waiting list before being made public.
3.8 We accept no responsibility or commitment to hold any place open for any child where the process has not been followed.
3.9 Refunds, we shall only issue a full refund where a full term cancellation has been received at least 7 full days prior to the term start date.
Limitations shall apply where;
- 3.9a Where cancellation is requested offering up to 48hours prior notice to the start date, a maximum of 60% shall be refunded.
- 3.9b Where cancellation is requested and less than 48hours notice has been provided – no refund shall be offered
3.10 The fee you see, is the fee you pay, regardless of how many sessions your child may be able to attend during that term.
4.1 All members and customers are responsible for the correct and safe usage of all our facilities and equipment.
4.2 Quadrant Leisure will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, theft or damage to property, whether arising under contract, or otherwise.
5.1 All customers and members warrants and so represents that he/she (or their child) is in good health and is not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise.
5.2 By attendance and/or use, customers and members further warrants that such exercise or involvement would not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort, well-being or physical condition.
6.1 Quadrant Leisure reserves the right to review term fees and event / camp rates based upon business requirements.
6.2 Where a price alteration is applied, we shall provide a minimum 30 (thirty) days notice through our web and media channels.
7.1 Quadrant Leisure may wish to take photographs of activities and class participation for marketing purposes, you must inform us via email (email@example.com) if you do not wish your child’s image to be used.
7.2 No young person under the age of 16 shall be named on any material without explicit prior written consent from their parent/guardian.
7.3 All imagery used for marketing is copyright to Quadrant Leisure and no reimbursement or payment shall be made or owned to the customer.
8.1 All complaints will be dealt with in strict confidence and in a timely manner
8.2 Please report concerns verbally to a member of staff as soon as possible, if you feel unable to do so, or do not get satisfaction, please contact the Business Director using the contact details at the top
8.3 We will acknowledge you communication within 48hrs in writing
8.4 Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days on any incident.
8.5 You must include full contact details, these however will not be made public or shared with third parties without consent.
8.6 We will endeavor to respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt
8.7 We are a not-for-profit community interest company and all complaints will be dealt with by two or more of the committee.
8.8 Please be aware that we have a lawful obligation where any complaint raises concern involving any criminal, sexual or safeguarding concerns, that we inform the relevant authorities in all cases.
9.1 This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any matters arising out of this Agreement.
9.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in line with business needs and circumstances.
9.3 Quadrant Leisure is a Community Interest Company registered in England on 30 November 2013, company number: 08787573
