Legs Bums and Tums

At our QFit Gym we offer a variety of classes to suit everyone.

Ladies Bootcamp: The class is a great outlet for all ladies to attend. New mums may of course bring their baby along with a buggy if they wish, we aim to give all our ladies the chance to get fit & active, tone up and meet new friends. All the sessions take place in our main activity hall – just pop in to the gym to sign in on arrival.

Strength & Balance: This class is aimed at ‘older adults’ offering low impact, adaptable aerobic, strength, flexibility and balance components. All activities can be adapted to suit any age, mobility or fitness levels and we are confident this class will help improve your daily tasks and overall physical and mental wellbeing. It’s also a great way to socialise and meet new people!

Legs, Bums N Tums: The ladies favourite is very popular fun filled class that will simply help tone those wobbly bits and improve your body shape. A full body aerobic workout aims to tone up those areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to tone up or improve their fitness levels.

Zumba: Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Boxercise: A high impact class using focus pads, body weight and cardio workouts. This is a fun, safe but challenging program and is accessible to anyone aged 14+ regardless of fitness levels.

Gym Circuits: A a gym-based instructor led circuit style workout. All sessions support each participant, with the focus on building whole-body strength, cardiovascular endurance, movement efficiency, flexibility and more. Please note this class is £5.
