We now offer a new Small Group Training (SGT) program.
The SGT is effectively ‘Personal Training’ for up to 9 people and delivered by our certified personal trainers as a gym based circuit using HIIT cardio, free weights, Boxercise and core body work.
Sessions are delivered ‘out of hours’ and must be pre-booked and paid for in advance;
- Morning sessions: Mon, Wed &/or Fri 07.15 – 08.00am
- Evening session: Fridays only 18.15 – 19.00pm
The gym will not be open to the public, so you can push yourself as hard as you want with other like minded people, if you ‘Train with a Buddy’ you will get a 20% discount off the total cost. You simply book a block of four weeks, and an option to train once, twice or three times per week.
