Due to some recent changes at the JWS, we are delighted to announce that the QFit Gym now offer three classes aimed to improve your posture, balance, core strength and mobility.
Mondays 10:45-11:45am, Pilates/Yoga A great mix of Pilates and Yoga as a way to improve your flexibility and core strength. (Starts 23 September)
Tuesdays 10:15-11:00am, Strength & Balance provides low impact resistance, uppper/lower body strength exercises and routines to help improve your balance and co-ordination.
Wednesdays 17:30-18:30, Pilates aims to strengthen the body with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. (Starts 4 September)
Thursdays 10:15-11:15, Pilates aims to strengthen the body with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. (From 5 September)
Classes are £3.50 to turn and pay on the day (via the QFit Gym reception desk), if you have a monthly gym membership the classes will only be £2.50.
We also offer a Ten Class FlexiPass for £30.00. The pass will only expire once you have attended ten classes.
