Our Ladies Bootcamp runs every Monday at 0945-1030am at the QFit Gym. (excluding bank holidays)
Our class offers a varied workout in a fun environment and whilst the class may challenge you, the support and encouragement available will help you achieve your goals!
Why is it good for me?
Bootcamps are popular because they work every muscle group, you can do them anywhere, and you don’t need any specific equipment. Other benefits include:
- Improved speed, agility, strength and stamina
- We also use paired exercises and group activities to stay motivated
- Every session is different
- Classes are available for participants of all levels of fitness and experience.
How much does it cost?
Sessions are simply turn up and pay on the day £3.50pp (gym members only pay £2.50). Simply pop in to the gym reception and sign in/pay on arrival. You can also purchase a FlexiPass which will give you ten classes for only £30.00.
What equipment do I need?
Comfortable clothes and trainers you can run in. A water bottle and towel are recommended – you’re going to get sweaty!
