Gym based ‘Personal Training’ for up to 9 people delivered in a circuit style program.
During June, July & August we can offer any adult team or junior team (aged 13+) tailored pre-season fitness sessions to give you that extra edge.
Our Ladies Bootcamp runs every Monday at 0945-1030am at the QFit Gym.
Legs, Bums N Tums class will help anyone tone those wobbly bits
