Part-time SEN Sessional Project Lead Worker – Newcastle

£10.00 per hour – Initially 2hrs per week, Wednesday evenings with potential for additional opportunities Saturday morning and during school holidays

Quadrant Leisure has funding to develop a new youth provision and are looking for a Sessional project lead youth worker, to add to our team working in Newcastle.

We are looking for an experienced youth worker looking to take a lead in our youth provision for 13-25yr old who have additional needs and mild to moderate disabilities. Initially sessions will be held every Wednesday evening 4.30-6.30pm in Walkergate.

This is an exciting opportunity to help us shape our new exciting youth provision from the ground up as we develop youth provision within Quadrant Leisure CIC, working across Newcastle and North Tyneside with our partner organisations.

You should be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people. Dynamic, innovative, we are looking for someone to bring knowledge and skill-base to the challenge of launching a new youth provision who can work with a wide range of young people and stakeholders and be able to demonstrate continuing professional development.

Quadrant Leisure offer a progressive work environment which can be fast paced and challenging but very supportive; giving you the chance to use your knowledge and skills, and progress with us as we grow the provision for young people with additional needs.
